Gustave has 15 steel bars of masses 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, \ldots, 14 kg, 15 kg. He also has 3 bags labelled A, B, C. He places two steel bars in each bag so that the total mass in each bag is equal to M kg. How many different values of M are possible?
