Define f:\mathbb{Z}\rightarrow\mathbb{Z} with f(x) =\sum\limits_{i=0}^{17} x^i. Let m_x be the remainder when f(x) is divided by 17. Find \sum\limits_{\alpha = 1}^{16} \alpha \cdot m_\alpha.
