$D$ is a point on the interior of line segment $BC$ of $\bigtriangleup ABC$ and segment $AD$ is drawn. If $BD = 2, AD = 7$ and $CD = 4$ , and the circumradii of $ABD$ and $ADC$ are equal. If the area of $\bigtriangleup ABC$ is $a\sqrt{b}$ , find the value of $a+b$ .
