Sally has a bag with $6$ dice in it numbered $(1,2,3)$ $(2,3,4)$ $(3,4,5)$ $(4,5,6)$ $(5,6,7)$ $(6,7,8)$ . If she draws outs $2$ dice and rolls them, the probability that the sum of the $2$ dice is equal to $8$ can be expressed as $\frac{a}{b}$ . Compute $a+b$ .
