Values {a_1,\ldots , a_{2024}} are chosen independently and at random from the set \{1, \ldots , 2024\}. If the expected number of distinct values in the set \{a_1, \ldots, a_{2024}\} can be written as \frac{2024^b-2023^d}{2024^f}, where b,d,f are positive integers, find b+d+f.
