A frog is sitting on the first of $9$ lily pads in a straight line. The frog is able to make jumps (only forward) of lengths $1$, $2$, or $3$. In how many different ways can the frog jump from the first pad to the last, given that the order does not matter? (i.e. a jump sequence of $3$, $2$, $3$ is the exact same as a jump sequence of $2$, $3$, $3$).
